One story house with a walkable roof............ $100 for one-time cleaning and $80 if you want to have it done at least twice per 12 months.

Two story house with a walkable roof............ $200 for a one-time cleaning and $160 if you want to have it done at least twice per 12 months.

Three story (or more) with a walkable roof....... $250 and up with a 20% discount for cleaning at least twice per 12 months.

There is an additional charge for gutter guards. It usually adds $50-$125 to the price of the cleaning due to the extra time it takes to remove and replace the gutter guards.
